Fun workout tonight.  After a couple big loops to warm up,plus some strides, we ran a pretty fast workout on the CBA track.  Chris Bennett and his wife come up with the workout each week and a bunch of people, alums, spouses, some kids all do the workout.  Tonight was 3 sets of 300m (@ 800 pace), 200m (@ 400 pace), 100m (@ 200 pace.)  For me the splits wound up being 52, 32, and 15; and I managed to keep each set almost exactly the same.  Another big loop to cool down made it at least 7 for the day.  Felt good to run fast again.  It was nice too to have someone critique my form while running at faster speeds.
