Much needed after yesterday.  That workout was deceptively hard.  It didn't feel hard because the reps were short and the recoveries were long.  But the speed was faster than I have run in a long while.  Average pace for the fast sections was close to 5:00 pace, but all together only made up 1800m of fast running.  My legs were pretty sore today so I just did an easy 6.  Plus I think I'll take an extra easy day tomorrow and do my next hard run on Thursday.
