I was pretty sore right when I got out of bed this morning, but by the time I headed out for a run I felt OK.  My hip flexors were very tight, no surprise there, those are the muscles used for running uphill.  I took my time and just ran at a comfortable pace.  5 miles was enough to get warm and allow for a good thorough stretch when I got home.

Total for the week: 60
          for  the  year: 931
