Since I took the day off yesterday I had to adjust the distance of today's long run.  I lowered it to 11 miles to match up with about 25% of the week's expected total.  Since it was beautiful and on the warm side, I decided to run at the Manasquan reservoir.  Lots of shade there, plus 2 loops plus a mile makes for a much nicer 11 miler than anywhere else nearby.  The first loop I went fairly easy @ 37, then push a little on the second loop @ 34, just jogged the last mile as a cool down: so 1:19ish for 11.  One week out form the Spring Lake 5, nothing left to do but relax, rest, and probably one high intensity/ low volume workout.
