I just went out for an easy 3 mile shake out run with some strides mixed in.  My legs felt flat which is normal after being on my feet all day at work.  They also felt sore, which is kind of odd, I haven't run really hard for about a week?  Well, I'm sure I'll feel fine once the adrenaline starts to flow tomorrow morning before the gun goes off.
