13 miles done...

before 8:00am! I wanted to get my run in nice and early today, and I had additional motivation to do it. I have a guy from the gas company coming this morning to see how well sealed our house is; he'll be here between 8 - 12. So, if I wanted to get my 13 miles in, I had to do it before 8. This meant I was out the door just after 6 and back just before 8. It worked out perfect because the conditions were pretty nice out there that early. My luck will be that the guy won't show up until 11:45, but it still feels great to have the run done this early, well before the heat sets in. Time for medium effort 13 was @ 1:33.
