Another early run.

No choice but to get it done early in this weather. This morning I was up and out over to Kate's house to run some hills. I didn't get out quite as early, but I was not running as long as yesterday so it didn't matter, plus, the extra sleep was nice. I ran most of the Brielle 10K course, plus a few extra loops to make it 8. I tried to keep the effort about medium, so 8 hilly miles in just under 59 minutes. Felt good, even on the last few hills. Now on to some power washing.
