Today was a true recovery run.  No watch, just easy running for 5 miles.  Legs felt tired: a combination of work today, running 17 yesterday, and running hard on Saturday.  I'd like to run hard tomorrow, but I'd like to sleep in too.  I think the rest is more important, if I'm not fully recovered, I won't get the most out of the workout.  Plus, I'm not sure what the weather holds for tomorrow either.  We'll see what the morning brings.  Now it's off to the dentist for a cleaning.
