Yesterday I felt good on my morning run, but some soreness and fatigue set in later in the day.  But after a full nights sleep I felt totally refreshed this morning.  As much as I like getting the run done early, I think for me, the extra sleep is more beneficial.  Today by the time I got over to the Point Boro track it was pretty hot, but that thick morning humidity had burned off and there was a decent breeze.  I did an easy 3 mile warm up, then the workout was 3 x 2 miles of 200 fast/200 slow.  So 8 fast 200's per set with an 800 jog in between sets.  Average pace for the first 8 was 37, the second 8 was 36, and the third 8 was 36.6.  Average pace for all 24 was 36.5.  These were fast but felt OK.  Somewhere around number 18 I had some doubts that I could keep the pace through the last few 200's, but I dug down and hammered them out.  I did a very easy mile to cool down and make it 11 for the day.  Total time was @ 1:26.  Feeling good now, except that when I got home the AC appears to be crapping out.  We need a new condenser, so there goes any extra cash we had
