Surprisingly it wasn't too bad out there this morning. I was expecting more heat and humidity, but with the breeze that was blowing, it was pretty nice. I did an easy 9 @ 1:08. The first few miles felt a little stiff and slow, but that's just how I feel on morning runs sometimes. Got to the beach for a few hours this afternoon and the same weather was there, warm but not uncomfortable. The water was toasty, but lots of tiny jellyfish, kind of gross. Hopefully that will clear up by tomorrow.
