Another Sunday, another long run. Even though I didn't get out to the reservoir until about 11:00, it wasn't too bad. The fact that almost the entire loop is well shaded makes a huge difference. Today was my longest run and my longest week, I think all year. I started out nice and easy but quickly found myself clipping along @ 7:15 pace. I finished the run in about 2:18. I was very happy to stop, but not exhausted.
