Today was supposed to be a track workout.  But after sleeping in a little later than planned I just wasn't feeling it.  So I decided to go out to the reservoir with Hisako for some more easy miles.  I definitely made the right choice.  My legs were not ready to run hard again today.  I didn't want to dig the hole any deeper.  Using today as an extra recovery day should be me back near 100% by tomorrow.  So I'll hit the track in the morning for an "easy" workout that should leave me feeling fresh by Saturday for the Sea Girt 5K.  So today I did 12 at just about 1:30, and felt good by the end of the run.
