I was up and out pretty early today.  It was beautiful out there.  A little on the humid side, but it's August, so you can't really complain.  After yesterday's leisurely recovery run, my legs felt spring loaded today.  The opposite side of taking recovery days really easy is the easy days get done a little faster.  I was planning on trying to run @ 7:10 pace, but had trouble running much slower that 7:00.  That much of a difference on an easy day isn't too big of a deal.  It'll just be an adjustment period while I find my new paces.  So it was 8 this morning in 56:21, and I felt great throughout.  Tomorrow is a track workout.  Now I can finally put some paint on the front of the house.  I have about 3 hours before the sun gets high enough to hit the front of the house.
