This weather just keep getting better, cooler and dryer each day. Hopefully tomorrow will be more of the same. I slept in a little today and then went out and did an easy 6 with @ 8 race pace strides mixed in. Felt OK, but was a bit sore in the first mile or two? Now, to finish priming the house!
