I was up and out into the cool early morning today to hit the track.  The plan was to do 3 sets of 600/200, 800/400, 1000/600, plus an easy 400 between sets.  I had target ranges for each rep and for the most part I was right on.  First set was 1:54, 2:44, 3:29.  Second set: 1:57, 2:45, 3:32.  Third set: 1:58, 2:44, 3:29.  The 600s gave me the most trouble, the first one was easy because I was fresh, but the second two were tough, makes me think maybe next week's track workout should just be 600's.  The longer reps felt good.  With warm up and cool down, 11 miles for today.  Now it's time to paint!
