Another beautiful morning.

I was up and out early again today to get in an easy 7 before heading out to Georgian Court for the day for orientation. Generally, these types of things last much longer than they need too, so I'll just use it as a test of my patience. Hopefully, I'll get in another run afterwards. They have a pretty nice looking track there, so I'm planning on doing some 600's to blow off any steam. Then tomorrow is back to painting, if this weather holds, I may actually be done with the siding by the end of the day on Friday!
So the orientation was pretty quick. We actually ended earlier than expected. So I was on the track at Georgian Court by about 2:00. I planned on doing 6 x 600/200, but after the fourth one, my legs felt pretty tired so I cooled down and called it a day. Since this was the second hard day in a row, I had no qualms about cutting the workout short. The idea is to get a feel for running on tired legs, not to run yourself into the ground. The first two 600's were both @ 1:58, then 1:59, then the last one was a struggle @ 2:00. With a 2 mile warm up and cool down, it was another 6 miles this afternoon.
