I slept pretty late today so I decided that since I ran a few extra miles yesterday, I would just run ab easy 4 today.  I kind of didn't feel like running at all, so I cranked it out in just under 28 minutes.  Felt OK, maybe a little sluggish.  But now I can get going on the day's main task, studying.
