I was up and out much earlier today into the cool dry morning. I did an easy 6 with 8 short, sharp strides mixed in @ 44. I'm feeling ready for a good race tomorrow in Brielle. Weather is looking good, it never rains on Brielle day, but the forecast is for drizzle in the morning? We will see, I would welcome a light rain between 9 - 10 am.
