After back-loading all those miles into the end of last week, I was definitely close to the edge.  But I wouldn't have pushed it that much unless I knew this week would have lots of rest built in.  Saturday night I could barely sleep; that's usually my first sign of over-training.  But last night I slept like a log, signalling the beginning of recovery.  Today after school I went out for a very easy 4 miles.  No really hard running until Thursday this week.
