First week of cross-country began at Thompson park in some sloppy conditions.  I was just really putting some miles in, making sure not to get drawn into racing.  It was hard to hold back at points, but I made sure that at no point was I pushing.  3 miles @ 20 flat.  Plus a few easy miles to warm up, maybe 5 for today.  I am ready to ROCK tomorrow!  I'll be spending the rest of today studying/resting on the couch.
