It was dark when I headed out for my run this morning. Kind of nice, very peaceful. Plus it's always nice to have the run done before the day really begins. But having done 8 miles so early, I definitely struggled through the last half hour of my afternoon class. Hopefully I can repeat the effort tomorrow morning.
