After two recovery weeks, I'm feeling good again, especially after yesterday's race.  This morning I cruised through 13 miles @ 1:30 and it felt relaxed.  Finally fall is here, time to start putting in the miles!  The rest of the day will be mostly studying (and resting the legs.)
