Another early morning run in the bag. A little cloud cover and a few more minutes before the sun comes up made it quite a bit darker than last week. Pretty warm today too, almost 60, I was wishing I had a short sleeve shirt on after about 5 minutes. Today was just an easy 8 mile fartlek run, nothing too fast and the easy sections were pretty easy. Time out was 55ish. Tomorrow I'm going to double up to get some more recovery in. I want to be feeling as sharp as possible for the Turkey Trot on Saturday.
