Cut it short.

After finishing yesterday's run feeling pretty good, I was expecting to feel great today. But it was just the opposite. During the first mile I felt like I had forgotten how to run, it just didn't feel right. But I figured after a couple of miles I would warm up and find my rhythm, but it never happened. Just felt like crap, so I cut the run down to 4 miles and called it a day. No point in pushing through a run like that. Tomorrow I get to sleep in and I'll make up the miles. I'm betting that tomorrow I'll feel back to 100%.
