What better way to start a day that is sure to end in remorseless gorging than running a sharp 13 miler @ 90 minutes (which according to my calorie counter was worth about 1500 calories!)  I definitely feel back to 100% now which is great coming down the home stretch of my base phase.  Next week is a recovery week before I start adding some workouts back in to build strength and start getting some speed back.
