Easy and short.

Nice way to start the recovery week. I did an easy five just as the sun was going down in shorts and t-shirt. This week will be a lot of short easy runs. Although I just signed up for an indoor mile at Monmouth University this Saturday. Should be interesting to see how fast I can run a mile with absolutely no speed work. Just about the only things I'll have going for me is that I'll be fully rested and I have a huge aerobic base; too bad the mile isn't an aerobic race

But it will be a good season opener and will tell me exactly where I am right now for training paces.
