Proud to be a Colt today, those boys have had an amazing season!
For me, I managed to run 5:10 indoors at Monmouth today. Pleased with that as the first mile of the season with no speed work. Only 3 for the day, I skipped the cool down, my throat was sore heading into the race, but 8 laps of hard breathing indoors didn't help, now my throat is just raw.
