I was still pretty sore and stiff when I got out of bed this morning.  I had planned another day of recovery before my next hard workout (tomorrow), but I'm thinking a third recovery day might be necessary.  The first few miles today felt like a slow shuffle, by the end I had loosened up a lot, and after stretching when I got home I feel pretty good.  But tomorrow will probably be another easy day.  I don't need to be 100% for the next workout, but there is no point going into it beat up.  Today I ran a little less than 8 to add to yesterday's 6+, 14 for the two days was the original plan.
