Well, after running that 10 miler last weekend, today's run felt pretty easy.  Since I've switched back to a different set of training paces, tempo pace is the pace that I can hold for about 1 hour, so, that's the pace I ran at the race last weekend.  But today I only had to run it for 20 minutes, which mentally felt very easy, and my legs felt fine too.  Since it was pretty windy out there this afternoon, I decided to do today's run on the treadmill.  After an extended warm up of 3.5 miles with some strides, I dropped to pace to 5:50 for 20 minutes, which = about 3.4 miles.  After that I jogged for another 15 minutes or so to make it up to 9 miles for the day in 60 minutes.
