Well somehow, after not raining nearly all day, it started up right as I headed over to the track.  I met up with Joe again who helped push me all the way through today's workout.  The plan was 6 sets of 2 x 200/200 + 400/400.  Full recoveries helped a lot, but I was "comfortably" able to keep all the fast parts @ 5:00 pace (so 37s for 200 and 75 for 400.)  The first few were a little erradic, but eventually I found the rhythm and just clipped off the last 4 sets right on pace.  Total was 10 miles @ 1:17.
