Short recovery.

I got out this morning before the rain started for an easy 5 @ 37 minutes. Just an easy recovery effort to loosen up so hopefully I can run hard again tomorrow. This week's schedule has me doing three hard workouts, with each one given a priority. Yesterday was the key workout, the most intense and most important. Tomorrow is the mid-level workout, a little longer, but less intense, and then hopefully Saturday will be the "easiest" one, as long as tomorrow, but the lowest intensity of the week.
