That long run felt LONG!  My legs were tired from the get-go.  Somehow, even after having a pile of blueberry pancakes for breakfast, I felt like I was out of fuel?  Maybe after yesterday's run I may have waited a little too long before eating.  That's one thing I need to pay attention too as the mileage starts to build again; nutrition is key for optimal training, especially as I get "older".  Anyway, I still managed to get 15 in on the most glorious day of the year, @ 1:51:44.  And despite feeling crappy throughout, it's always good to get practice at pushing through even when you're tired and you feel out of gas.  Tomorrow's 5k should be interesting.
