The midweek medium-long run is key to bumping up the mileage.  This afternoon after class I headed out to Allaire for a 15 miler.  Usually I do 3 5 mile loops, but since it rained a lot yesterday, I had to reconsider that after the first loop.  So I just cut off the section where it was basically a flooded bog and added on elsewhere in the park.  Time out was 1:55.  I felt pretty good throughout, though the third time up the big hill was a little rough and I kind of ran out of gas during the last mile, but after some Gatorade I felt fine.
