Nice long run.

Today was a beautiful day for a nice long run. Perfect temperature for running. The wind was kind of pushy at times, but for considering February starts next week, I can't complain (I was in shorts and a t shirt after all.) I'm still based at Pete's house, so I did the beach loop, which is about 6, then headed out the bike trail, and head on into the west wind until just past Hospital Rd. The tail wind on the way home is always nice, and I was comfortably able to get the last 2 or 3 miles down to about 7 minute pace. Overall time was 1:49 (7:18 pace)
