Feeling back to normal!  Well rested, fully fueled and hydrated.  No problem cruising through 8 @ 55:22.  This was the first run in a while where I was comfortably able to increase the pace as the miles slid by and felt great for the last 2, 6:44 and 6:35!  Going forward from here I'm going to try to be more flexible and get the miles and some workouts every week (while paying attention to how I feel and running accordingly.)
