Yesterday was no good since we wound up being at the doggie ER until 8, so no run, but at least Willie is OK.  Today I got out for an easy 7 @ 51:20, felt pretty good.  I think that race on Sunday was so short that my legs barely felt it.  It was more like a workout.  My training has been spotty lately, but sickness can get in the way sometimes.  But without a more immediate goal than the marathon in December, I've been struggling with motivation.  So while I was running today I decided to put together a solid 12 week training block leading up to the Spring Lake Five.  Hopefully that will put a little spring back in my step.
